Our Soundproof Booth Solutions
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health dated October 28, 2011, amending the regulation on guaranteed benefits in the field of specialist outpatient care (Journal of Laws 2011, item 1394), for tonal audiometry and free-field audiometry tests, one of the conditions for providing these services is the purchase of a soundproof booth. This is a required element of equipment in ENT clinics, hearing aid specialist offices, and occupational medicine centers.

We offer modern soundproof booths with the following features:
1. Insulation
The multilayer construction and the latest sound-absorbing materials ensure perfect acoustic insulation conditions. The floor is multilayer and anti-vibration. This guarantees that examinations are always carried out accurately and reliably.
2. Versatility
The compact size, weight, and modular construction of the booth allow it to be installed in existing examination rooms without the need for reconstruction.
The shelf dimensions accommodate audiometers of any size.
3. Installation and Accessibility
The booth is designed for quick and efficient installation in any location. It can also be adapted for people with disabilities — a wheelchair ramp can be installed on request (additional cost: PLN 390.00 net).
4. Aesthetics
The external wood-like panel is washable and stain-resistant. The color scheme of the booth can be customized upon request. Gentle lighting and eco-leather lining make the interior comfortable and welcoming for the patient.
5. Ventilation
Standard ventilation is gravity-based. However, for an additional charge of PLN 700.00 net, we can provide forced ventilation.

The hearing aid company DOR-MED has been operating since 1992. We hold the Highest Quality in Medicine certificate and specialize in manufacturing soundproof booths that exceed European standards.
Our product is classified as a Class I medical device according to the declaration of conformity based on Council Directive 93/42/EEC of June 14, 1993, and is registered with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products.
This ensures professional booth craftsmanship and reliable test performance.
Prices of Soundproof Booths are determined individually via phone or email.
The installation cost is PLN 1,000 net. The VAT rate for our booths is 8%.
Transportation costs are borne by the customer: PLN 1.50 net per km ×2, calculated from Bydgoszcz.
Recommended booth color: white. Please let us know which way the booth door should open and, when facing the door, on which side the inspection window should be placed.

Gotowi.org – the foundation that has been carrying out educational activities since 2014 aimed at building social resilience to threats. Since 2019, it has been a member of SEM MG at UNDRR. Since 2020, it has been running a unique portal www.Gotowi.org with a compendium of knowledge about threats, and since 2020, it has been publishing the brochure Elementarz Bezpieczeństwa. For the sixth year in Poland, it has been carrying out Readiness Workshops and Training 10 Steps to Building Resilience to Threats. The workshops and training are attended by children from 10 years of age, youth, employees of enterprises and institutions, and seniors. Gotowi.org is the co-creator of the only professional Emergency Backpack 17, awarded in 2024 with a nomination for the Teraz Polska Emblem. The Emergency Backpack 17 was also distinguished by its presentation at the Polish National Pavilon in Dubai, organized by PAIH and the Ministry of Development and Technology, during DIHAD in 2023 and 2024. The 'W międzyczasie' Foundation is a Polish non-profit organization that provides medical aid on the front lines in Ukraine. Its team consists of experienced battlefield medics who volunteer to evacuate the wounded from the 'Zero Zone' — directly under fire, often just tens of meters from enemy positions. The Art of Choice Foundation has been operating in the local market for 11 years. Among the Foundation's beneficiaries are many people with disabilities, volunteer fire departments (OSP), as well as young athletes from the Zawisza track and field club. In cooperation with the Food Bank in Grudziądz, many initiatives are organized for the poor, the homeless, and war refugees. All activities are based on the volunteer work of people involved in the organization under the supervision of the Foundation’s President, Mr. Wojciech Świtała.

Since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, Foundation volunteers have been traveling to various parts of the country with humanitarian aid, reaching directly to doctors, hospitals, shelters for internally displaced persons, and orphanages.
